Orders are prepared and shipped with care..

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier service. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the courier or external factors are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address and the colour/size of clothing are correct at checkout, as changes cannot be made after an order is placed.

Production & Dispatch

As each item is made to order, please allow 2–5 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery times begin after the item has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Each product is carefully checked and in good condition through a quality control process before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear, unedited photos of the issue. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.

A size guide is provided on every garment page. Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

To be eligible for a replacement due to a fault, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
